Dr. Dwayne Cantrell
is no stranger to failure. He experienced academic and athletic failure from
secondary school to college. From financial failure through poor risk-taking
and moral failure due to personal insecurities, he failed his wife, his
children, and his church.
Through the power of Christ and with much humility, he committed to counsel, guidance, and hard work. Today, Dwayne is the founder and senior pastor of Living Victory Church in Bakersfield, California, and has earned two master’s degrees and two doctorate degrees. He also serves as an administrator for a major university in Southern California. Most importantly, his marriage was restored and he and his wife have been married for 23 years and have two adult children. He is a living example that through faith, humility, and hard work, you can overcome the hurdles to success. |
